IRIS CARBON Partner Lead Registration Policy

Effective Date: 6th January 2025

Version: 1.0

Purpose

IRIS CARBON operates a comprehensive global partner ecosystem, with multiple partners often engaging customers within the same geography and market segments. To ensure fairness, transparency, and equitable opportunity management, IRIS CARBON has established a formal Partner Lead Registration Policy.

This policy defines the process for registering partner-generated leads and outlines how IRIS CARBON will manage lead ownership, prioritization, and engagement support.

Policy Objectives

The objectives of this policy are to:

  • Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all partners
  • Protect partner-identified sales opportunities
  • Eliminate ambiguity in lead ownership
  • Enable structured and timely engagement by IRIS CARBON teams
  • Maintain transparency across the partner ecosystem

Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to:

  • All new leads identified and submitted by IRIS CARBON partners
  • All regions and geographies where IRIS CARBON partners are authorized to operate
  • Adherence to this policy is mandatory for partners seeking lead protection and IRIS CARBON sales support.

Lead Ownership & Prioritization

First-Come, First-Serve Basis

Lead ownership and prioritization are determined on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The first partner to submit a lead via the official IRIS CARBON Lead Registration Form will receive priority for that opportunity.

Submission timestamps captured in IRIS CARBON systems will be considered final and binding.

This approach ensures justice, fairness, and consistency across all partner engagements.

Exceptions: RFP and RFI Opportunities

For Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), IRIS CARBON will provide equal support to all eligible partners, irrespective of which partner registered the lead first.

These opportunities are treated as strategic engagements where IRIS CARBON may collaborate with multiple partners to ensure the best customer outcome.

Lead Registration Process

To streamline internal workflows and ensure accurate tracking, partners are required to submit lead details each time a new opportunity is identified.

Submission Requirements

  1. Partner identifies a potential customer or opportunity.
  2. Partner submits complete and accurate lead details using the official IRIS CARBON Lead Registration Form.
  3. IRIS CARBON reviews and validates the submission.
  4. Official IRIS CARBON Lead Registration Link:  [Lead Registration Form Link Here]
  5. Leads shared via email, messaging platforms, or verbal communication will only be considered valid after submission through the official lead registration form.

IRIS CARBON Engagement Model

Upon successful lead registration and validation:

IRIS CARBON will assign a dedicated seller duo for the registered account:

  • Account Executive (AE)
  • Functional / Product Expert

This team will work collaboratively with the partner to support:

  • Opportunity qualification
  • Product demonstrations
  • Functional and technical discussions
  • Commercial alignment and deal execution

This structured engagement model ensures accountability, efficiency, and consistent partner experience.

Governance & Compliance

  • IRIS CARBON reserves the right to review, approve, or reject lead registrations based on completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • In the event of conflicting claims, IRIS CARBON’s internal records and system timestamps will prevail.
  • Non-compliance with this policy may result in loss of lead protection or sales support.
