Job Description

  1. Experience/Knowledge of HTML conversion (EDGAR)
  2.  Proficient in the submission of different EDGAR forms to SEC
  3. Having XBRL knowledge would be an added advantage
  4. Good written and communication skills
  5. Proactive in understanding the client’s requirements
  6. Willing to work in US timings/shift
  7. Managing client calls/training including demos
